Lauren has had a passion for Performing Arts from a young age, which stemmed from being immersed in the dance world as her Mother owned a dance school. At the age of three she started out performing in shows and grew to become a qualified teacher and eventually joint owner of the business. She then went on to train in Musical Theatre where learned valuable skills, made great contacts and gained a large amount of knowledge about the industry. She performed in several reputable events across Scotland as well as pantomime productions all over the UK.
After making the move down to London, she quickly realised her interests lay heavily on the other side of the industry and soon after secured her first job in the Talent Management industry. This role allowed her to build relationships with different talent agents and casting teams and gave her a real taster of all things agenting. Lauren has now made the move to YOU Management to continue growing in this field and feels extremely grateful to be working alongside this team of established agents.
She believes her driven and positive mindset alongside her love for the arts will aid her to obtain the best opportunities for all clients.
